1. Who we are
This website is operated by Click & Beyond Digital LLC (“Click & Beyond Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a digital marketing agency located at 607 Shelby St., Suite 700-1250, Detroit, MI 48226, United States.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use clickandbeyonddigital.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site and to the forms and tools we offer on it, including our contact form and our free SEO audit tool.
If you have any questions about this policy or your information, contact us at [info@clickandbeyonddigital.com].
2. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information collected automatically, and the website addresses you submit to our SEO audit tool.
2.1 Information you give us directly
When you fill in a form on the Site, request a free SEO audit, or contact us by phone or email, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (when you provide it)
- The website address you ask us to analyze
- Any details you include in a message or service request
- The service you are interested in
You choose whether to provide this information. If you do not provide the information a form marks as required, we may not be able to respond to your request or run the audit.
2.2 The free SEO audit tool
When you submit a website address to our SEO audit tool, our system reads the publicly available pages of that website, the same way a search engine does, and analyzes them for technical, on-page, content, local, performance, security, and search-visibility signals. We use the email address you provide to send you the resulting report.
We only analyze information that is already publicly accessible on the website you submit. We do not access private areas, accounts, hosting, or content that requires a login. [If a third-party service performs any part of the scan, name it here and link its privacy policy.]
2.3 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including:
- Your IP address and general location (country or region)
- Browser type and device information
- Pages you visit and how you arrived at the Site
- Referring website and, where applicable, advertising identifiers such as Google’s click identifier (gclid)
We use this information to understand how the Site is used, to measure the performance of our marketing, and to improve the Site. See Section 4 on cookies and Section 5 on the specific analytics and advertising services we use.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
- Generate and send you your SEO audit report
- Follow up with you about the results of an audit or a service request
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
- Measure and improve our marketing and advertising
- Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
We contact you about the results of a scan or service request because you asked us to. If you no longer wish to hear from us, you can opt out at any time (see Section 8).
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files stored on your device that help a website function and help owners understand how the site is used.
We use:
- Necessary cookies, which are required for the Site to work.
- Analytics cookies, which help us understand how visitors use the Site.
- Advertising cookies, which help us measure and improve our advertising.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works. [If you add a cookie consent banner, describe how visitors manage their choices here.]
5. Analytics and advertising services
We use the following third-party services, which may collect information through cookies and similar technologies according to their own privacy policies:
- [Google Analytics 4] — website analytics. Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- [Google Ads] — advertising measurement and conversion tracking.
- [Google Tag Manager] — manages the tags used by the services above.
- [Meta Pixel — include only if actually installed] — advertising measurement. Meta’s privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy
[Remove any service above that the Site does not actually use. Add any other service that is installed, such as a chat widget, a CRM tracking script, or a heatmap tool.]
6. How we share information
We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site and our business, such as hosting, email delivery, analytics, and the tools that run the SEO audit. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.
- Legal reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of others.
- Business transfers, if our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Data retention
We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet our legal and business requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 8).
8. Your choices and rights
You can:
- Access or correct the personal information you have given us.
- Ask us to delete your information, by emailing [privacy@clickandbeyonddigital.com]. We will respond within a reasonable time.
- Opt out of marketing emails by replying to any email we send you asking to be removed, or by contacting us at the address above.
- Control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out tools.
[If you later serve visitors in California, add a CCPA/CPRA section covering the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing. If you later serve visitors in the EU/UK, add a GDPR/UK GDPR section covering legal bases, data subject rights, and international transfers. Based on your current U.S.-only scope, these are not included here — confirm with your attorney.]
9. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Links to other websites
The Site may link to other websites, including the websites of our clients and partners. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated through the Site.
13. Contact us

Notes for whoever finalizes this (delete before publishing)
- Confirm every third-party service in Section 5. List only what is actually installed. If GTM loads GA4, Google Ads, and a Meta Pixel, all three must appear. If a chat widget or CRM script is present, add it.
- Set a real privacy contact email ([privacy@clickandbeyonddigital.com] is a suggestion). It should be an address someone monitors.
- Confirm the phone number. The site currently shows two, (888) 832-7205 and (786) 235-2725. Use the canonical one.
- The SEO audit note (Section 2.2) matters. If any part of the scan is run by a third-party API or service, it must be named and linked, because that service processes the submitted URL and the user’s email.
- Cookie consent. Even for a U.S.-only audience, if you run Google Ads it is good practice to implement Consent Mode v2 and a basic cookie banner. Update Section 4 to match whatever you deploy.
- Have an attorney review this before it goes live, especially the audit tool language and the retention and sharing sections.
- Publish a matching Cookies Policy and link both from the footer and from the consent checkbox on every form, replacing the current “#” links.
